    2-Year Samsung Care+ Premium protection begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends the earlier of: (1) 24 months from the Device Purchase Date; and (2) the date this Plan is cancelled in accordance with Terms and Conditions of the 2-Year Samsung Care+ Premium. This Plan complements and is supplementary to the manufacturer’s warranty but does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty or warranty obligations during the manufacturer’s warranty period. If Device failure is due to physical malfunction or liquid intrusion resistance (including Screen-Only malfunction for smartphone devices) or if SmartThings Find fails to locate Your Device, this Plan provides a maximum of two (2) service requests every 12 months immediately following the Device Purchase Date to a maximum of four (4) service requests throughout the lifetime of the Plan. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. Your Device is protected by the manufacturer’s warranty during the manufacturer’s warranty period. This Plan extends the mechanical malfunction or defect coverage for an additional two (2) years.   • The Samsung Care+ Plan purchase price varies by device type. The Plan purchase price, plus applicable taxes, is payable when You purchase the Plan. Refer to the applicable section above for the Plan purchase price for Your Device.
  • Enrolling is simple! You may enroll online or at the Samsung Experience Store when you purchase your applicable Galaxy Smartphone, Laptop, Tablet, Hearable or Wearable device. You can also purchase the Samsung Care+ Plan (“Plan”) within 60 days of your device purchase date. If you do not purchase the Plan at the same time as you purchase your Galaxy device but purchase the Plan within the 60 days following your purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before you can request services under the Plan. If you purchase the Plan from Samsung.com/ca, your device must have been registered and activated with a Canadian wireless service provider within the sixty (60) days of the device purchase date. Your protection begins on the date you purchase Samsung Care+, and ends up to 24 months from the device purchase date, unless the Plan is cancelled earlier in accordance with the Samsung Care+ Terms and Conditions.

    In the event of a failure due to physical malfunction or liquid resistance failure, or SmartThingsFind's failure, a service fee plus applicable taxes will apply to each service request.

  • Call Us at 1-877-699-1356 , 24 hours / 7 days per week (including holidays) to initiate a service request. You may be eligible for same day repair at one of our specified service locations. You may be required to provide the original Confirmation Letter for the device or any other information We may reasonably request.
  • You may cancel this Plan within the first 30 days from the date You purchased the Plan. You may be entitled to a refund as follows:

    1. if You have not obtained services under the Plan, You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Plan.
    2. If You have obtained services under the Plan, You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the Plan, less the cost of services received (unless
    otherwise prohibited by law).

    After the first 30-day period, You cannot cancel the Plan and no refund will be provided (unless otherwise prohibited by law).

    Quebec Residents: In circumstances where this Plan is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, this section does not apply to You, and You may cancel this Plan in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec.

  • No, you are not be eligible for refund if you did not make any service request during the entire duration of the Plan.
  • Samsung Care+ is a premium value-added service that is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device. In the event you lose your registered Samsung Galaxy device, we will not be able to deliver the services to your registered Samsung Galaxy device.
  • No. Samsung Care+ is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device and is non-transferable. We encourage you to purchase a new Samsung Care+ for your new eligible Samsung Galaxy device.
  • No. Samsung Care+ is tied to the IMEI number of your registered Samsung Galaxy device and is non-transferable. You can only use the Samsung Concierge service for the registered Samsung Galaxy device.
  • The Samsung Care+ Premium plan does not apply to the following cases, and we do not provide services for them:

    1. Mechanical failures or defects or battery failures covered by the manufacturer's warranty during the warranty period;
    2. Devices whose serial number or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number has been removed, altered, or degraded;
    3. Devices used for commercial purposes, that you have provided for use by the general public, or used for rental purposes. Use of a device for these purposes will result in cancellation of the program;
    4. Device malfunction due to intentional physical damage, abuse, misuse, or vandalism;
    5. Device malfunction or damage resulting from repairs performed by other parties;
    6. Device malfunction or damage to the device due to improper installation or improper modifications to the device's equipment;
    7. Any device for which, for any reason, we are unable to validate the IMEI or serial number of the device, including, but not limited to, intentional or accidental damage such as the device being crushed, bent, dropped from heights such as balconies or windows, run over by a vehicle, or fallen from a moving vehicle;
    8. Replacement parts lost by the end user;
    9. Devices purchased as recertified or refurbished used devices;
    10. Minor imperfections in devices that meet design criteria or cosmetic damage (including scratches and dents) that do not affect the functionality of the device;

    6. Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime, and costs for time and effort (except where required by law);
    7. Any loss or amount other than the cost of repair or, where applicable and at our sole discretion, replacement of the device;
    8. Malfunction of the device due to intentional physical damage, misuse, abuse, or vandalism;
    9. Malfunction of the device or damage resulting from repairs performed by other parties;
    10. Malfunction or damage to the device due to improper installation or inappropriate modifications to the device's equipment;
    11. Any device for which, for any reason, we are unable to validate the IMEI or serial number of the device, including, but not limited to, intentional or accidental damage such as the device being crushed, bent, dropped from heights such as balconies or windows, run over by a vehicle, or fallen from a moving vehicle;

  • With all the devices we own these days, it's easy to misplace one or two. Fortunately, SmartThings Find in the SmartThings app will help you locate your precious devices, such as your phone, tablet, headphones, and watch. SmartThings Find will search for your devices and even show you a map with detailed information, including addresses and timestamps. You can also share device information with other Galaxy users so a friend can find a device for you or enable the offline search feature. If you need additional tracking options, you can connect to Mobile Tracking in the app or also use the Galaxy SmartTag2, Galaxy SmartTag, or Galaxy SmartTag+.
