How to Redeem online at Samsung.com/ca or through the Samsung Shop Application:
1. Go to Samsung.com/ca or the Samsung Shop Application;
2. Choose your Eligible Galaxy device and Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan or Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan, as applicable. Please note: your selected Samsung Care+ Plan must be added to your cart prior to completing your purchase;
3. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase by July 23rd, 2024.
How to Redeem through your Eligible Galaxy Device Settings menu:
1. Once you have received your Eligible Galaxy device, go to ‘Samsung Care +’ option in your ‘About Phone’ Settings menu no later than August 25th, 2024;
2. Select the Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan or Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan, as applicable;
3. Once you have made your selection, you will be taken to the checkout page to complete your transaction. Once you provide your payment information and accept the Samsung Care+ Plan Terms and Conditions, you can check out to complete your purchase.
How to Redeem at Participating Retailers and Carriers:
1. Choose your Eligible Galaxy device from your selected retailer or carrier and complete your purchase by July 23rd, 2024;
2. Once you have received your Eligible Galaxy device, in order to claim the Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan or Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan, as applicable, visit https://shop.samsung.com/ca/samsung-care-plus on any browser, or go to ‘Samsung Care +’ option in your ‘About Phone’ Settings menu on your Eligible Device no later than August 25th, 2024 and complete the following steps:
a. Go to the link (https://shop.samsung.com/ca/samsung-care-plus);
b. Enter the IMEI of your Eligible Galaxy device to confirm eligibility;
c. Select the Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan or Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan, as applicable;
d. Once you have made your selection, you will be taken to the checkout page to complete your transaction. Once you provide your payment information and accept the Samsung Care+ Plan Terms and Conditions, you can check out to complete your purchase.

# The Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan2 begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends the earlier of: (1) 24 months from the Device Purchase Date; and (2) the date this Plan is cancelled in accordance with Terms and Conditions of the Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan. This Plan complements and is supplementary to the manufacturer’s warranty but does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty or warranty obligations during the manufacturer’s warranty period. If Device failure is due to physical or liquid damage, this Plan provides a maximum of two (2) service requests every 12 months immediately following the Device Purchase Date to a maximum of four (4) service requests throughout the lifetime of the Plan. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Eligible SC+ 2 Year Plan2for more details.
## The Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan begins on the date you purchase the Plan and ends the earlier of: (1) 12 months from the Device Purchase Date; and (2) the date this Plan is cancelled in accordance with Terms and Conditions of the Eligible SC+ 1 Year Plan.
