How to redeem your Bonus Free Trial to the Samsung Art Store:
No Samsung Art Store subscription purchase is required, but a Samsung Account and credit card is needed to redeem this offer.
- Eligible Customers need to sign into their Samsung Account on their Eligible The Frame TV.
- Eligible Customers must then open Art Mode App located on the Eligible The Frame TV’s main page.
- Once in the Art Mode App, click on the “subscribe to the Art Store” prompt.
- You will then be prompted to enter your credit card or selected payment for purchase. Once you have entered your payment information, you will automatically unlock the two (2) month free Art Store subscription.
- All Eligible Customers are responsible for pausing or deactivating their Art Store Subscription if they do not wish to continue after the 2-month term of the Art Store free trial has ended.*
*If you do not deactivate your Art Store subscription after the 2-month term, your Art Store subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged $7.99 each month.
How to Unsubscribe:
You can cancel your Art Store membership at any time during your 2-month free trial, and you will continue to have access to the service during those two (2) months.
- To cancel your membership, navigate to the membership page in the Art Store or "Your Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. Once cancelled, you will receive a cancellation notice in the e-mail registered to your Samsung Account.
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.

Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless specifically agreed to by Samsung. Offer may be cancelled or changed at any time without notice. This promotion will be individually assigned to you, is single use, is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your Eligible The Frame TV is eligible for return and returned, you will no longer be entitled to Promotion.
