Clear App Cache and Data on your Samsung TV

It has never been easier to download apps and streaming services onto your TV. The internal storage of your TV is not unlimited and may require you to free up some space depending on how many apps and/or pictures are stored on your TV. You can easily check how much room you have left by going into Manage Storage. Here you can delete apps, see which apps take up the most space and even clear the cache and data of an app if you are experiencing troubles with it. To do this, just follow the step-by-step guide below.

1 Press the Home button on your remote control and then head to Settings

3 Choose Support and then Device Care

4 Select Manage Storage
Select Manage Storage
5 Choose an app and then View Details
Choose an app then View Details
6 Here you can select Clear Data and Clear Cache for the chosen app
You can clear app data or cache here
