While using Samsung Pass you may encounter some errors that prevents you from being able to use the app smoothly. When this happens, you are able to send an error report so our team can help investigate the issue. Find out more about how you can raise an error report on Samsung Pass below.

Raising a Samsung Pass Error Report

If an error occurs while using Samsung Pass, contact us by following the steps below:
