Restoring or Backing Up Data on Samsung Health

When using Samsung Health, keeping your health data up to date is the key to getting the best results possible. This is why Samsung Health allows you to make and restore a backup copy of your data.

If you want to backup or restore data, you must meet these conditions:

  • You must have a network connection.
  • You must be logged into your Samsung account with your health data synced to the account.

Then follow these steps:

1 Run your Samsung Health and tap on the more options icon on the top right corner of the main screen.
2 On the pop-up panel displayed, select the Settings option.
3 Tap on your Samsung account and scroll down to tap on “Samsung Cloud”.
4 Scroll down and select the option that you want to use between “Back up data” or “Restore data”.
5 On the following screen of either choice, select which options you want.
