Refunding or Cancelling a Secure Wi-Fi Plan

You can cancel or get a refund on the Secure Wi-Fi protection plan. Policies for termination or refunds vary from country to country, so you must check before purchasing a protection plan.

Getting a Refund

You can get a refund from Secure Wi-Fi by accessing the purchase details:

Step 1. Tap the "Protection plan" option on the Secure Wi-Fi main screen. Step 1. Tap the "Protection plan" option on the Secure Wi-Fi main screen.

Step 1. Launch Secure Wi-Fi and tap “Protection plan”.

Cancelling the Protection Plan

To cancel any protection plan you are subscribed to follow the next steps:

1 Tap “Protection plan” on Secure Wi-Fi.
2 Tap the “Subscriptions” option at the top right.
3 Tap “Unsubscribe” on your current protection plan.
