Once an order has been placed, no changes to the order are permitted, this includes cancelling or changing the device colour of your choice. We will endeavour to deliver your customised phone within 3-4 weeks, however there may be delays due to production demand. Customised products are exempt from the 14 day Change of Mind Policy.
