Choose an eligible Galaxy phone, couple it with an available Vodafone SIM plan and head over to the checkout to see if you could get a discount off your new device. You must be a new Vodafone customer, or an eligible existing Vodafone customer.
And to keep it simple, your Galaxy device will be purchased outright through Samsung.com and we will facilitate the purchase of the SIM Plan through Vodafone’s website (pending Vodafone’s credit check approval).

Which Samsung devices are eligible for SIM Plan?Currently, devices from the S24, Galaxy Fold6, and Galaxy Flip6 series are eligible (subject to change).

How will my SIM Card be delivered?Your SIM Plan will be fulfilled by the participating SIM Plan partner carrier.

What happens to my SIM plan if I return my Samsung device?Any Eligible Device purchased on the Samsung Online Store cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or refunded for other devices unless the Eligible Device is considered faulty. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement or any rights that you may have as outlined in Samsung’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Faulty devices returned does not impact your SIM Plan.

What happens to my Samsung Device if I payout my SIM Plan Contract?Paying out your SIM Plan does not impact your device.

Do I have to use the SIM card with the device I purchase via Samsung?No. The SIM plan is not tied to the device purchased and can be used on any device.

Is 5G supported?Yes, the Vodafone SIM plan and eligible devices (S24, Galaxy Fold6, and Galaxy Flip 6 series) supports 5G connectivity.

Approval ID longevityOnce your SIM Plan has been approved by our partner operator, you'll have 30 days to purchase a device through Samsung.com.

I'm an existing Vodafone customer, can I recontract?These plans are currently available to new Vodafone customers and existing Vodafone customers adding an additional plan. They are not yet available for existing Vodafone customers upgrading their current plan.

What if I have been approved by Vodafone but want a different discounted Samsung device?Your Vodafone Approval ID is tied to the eligible Samsung device you selected as a part of your order and cannot be changed.

Can I give or transfer my discount to someone else?The discount can only be redeemed by you and cannot be gifted to anyone else or redeemed by anyone else on your behalf.

What happens if the price of my Samsung device is less than the discount amount?If the discount amount exceeds the device purchase price, you will forfeit any remaining credit. This additional credit is non- transferable and cannot be used towards delivery fees or any other products with Vodafone or Samsung.

Can I sign up to multiple Vodafone plans in one transaction?No. If you're buying other Vodafone plans too, you'll need to do this in a separate transaction to ensure you get the correct Approval ID and discount for your device purchase.

Can I pay off the device instead of buying it outright?No. You pay for the Samsung device outright and your Vodafone discount amount will be subtracted from the listed price. You will then be billed monthly from Vodafone for plan-related charges.

I have looked at other Vodafone plans on their website and would like to get a plan from there, am I still eligible for the discount?The discount is exclusive to the Samsung Online Store and is only available with the Vodafone plans displayed on the Samsung website.

Can I bring my current number across to Vodafone?Yes. Once you’ve signed up to a plan, fill out the Vodafone Customer Authorisation Form so that we can bring your current number across to Vodafone.

Is the Vodafone Plan eligible for any other offers?No. This plan is not eligible for any discounts, bonus data or Bundle & Save offers.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my plan or issues in completing my order?You can contact Vodafone customer care by calling 1555 from your Vodafone mobile or by chatting with TOBi, the chat bot in the My Vodafone app who can answer your questions 24/7. If your question is beyond the knowledge of TOBi, the chat bot will pass you over to an agent who'll be able to help.
