To celebrate the launch of our 5th generation of folding phones, we’ve introduced Samsung Swap6, a new program that allows you to experience Galaxy Z Flip5 or Z Fold5, worry free.
Unfortunately, our Samsung Swap program has ended. If you have an unused Swap Promo Code, you can still use it until 2nd November 2023. How and when do I have to redeem my voucher?To redeem your voucher code, choose the eligible Galaxy S23 Series model you wish to swap to and add it to your cart, along with the trade-in of your Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5. When you reach the cart, apply your unique $1 voucher code during the checkout process. The voucher will reduce the price of the equivalent S23 Series model to $1. Your Samsung Swap program voucher will be valid until 2nd Nov 2023.

Can I choose any colour from the comparable Galaxy S23 Series Model when swapping?Absolutely! You have the choice to select any available colour within the comparable S23 Series model range when swapping, subject to stock availability.

Can I upgrade to a higher memory variant of the Galaxy S23 Series?Sure. While the voucher allows you to purchase a corresponding S23 Series model, you may choose a higher memory variant by adding it to your cart. However, please note that selecting a higher memory option will adjust the cart total beyond the $1 voucher, and you'll need to pay the remaining balance.

I'm having trouble applying the voucher code to my Galaxy S23 Series device in the cart. What should I do?Please ensure that you have completed the Trade Up process and have a valid Trade Up service added to your cart. Additionally, make sure that you have added the correct Galaxy S23 Series Model to your cart, corresponding to the Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5 you are swapping and trading up. You may also choose a higher memory variant Galaxy S23 Series Model (but not a lower memory variant).

How does the Trade Up program work in general?The Trade Up program allows you to return an eligible older device and receive a discount towards purchasing a new Samsung Galaxy device. You must return your old device after receiving the new one. For more information and full terms and conditions of our Trade Up program, please visit here.

Will I keep my Samsung Care+ service when I swap?No. If you swap, the Samsung Care+ attached to your current device will be forfeited. However, you have the option to purchase Samsung Care+ for your new device if you wish to continue enjoying its benefits.

Can I return accessories purchased with my Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5?Please see the Samsung eStore Returns and Cancellations FAQs page here for more information. Kindly note that exceptions cannot be made for customers who choose to participate in this program.

When can I swap my Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5?Once you add the Trade Up option and apply your unique $1 voucher code to your cart - please go ahead and complete your order. When you receive your new phone, you can officially ‘swap’ back your Galaxy Z Flip5 | Z Fold5 by following the instructions provided through the Trade Up program.
