How to claim
Purchase an eligible Outdoor Samsung Air Conditioning unit from a participating supplier with payment made in full between 01 May 2023 and 30 September 2023.
Locate the outdoor unit serial number which can be found on the left hand side under the bar code.2
Submit claim and follow the easy steps to redeem offer by creating a
Samsung redemption account no later than
30 November 2023.3
As part of the online claim form process, a copy of the air conditioner mode code, tax invoice, valid outdoor unit serial number and a photo of the serial number of your eligible product/s must be submitted before the end of the Redemption Period.

1. Cashback is payable per outdoor units purchased, the purchase of indoor units only will not be eligible for a cashback.
2. One cashback transaction per one outdoor unit as per its serial number. Multiple claims are not allowed per serial number.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is not capped. Multiple claims allowed per claimant.
