How to redeem your bonus gift
STEP 1
Buy from a selected retailer
Purchase the Galaxy S23 FE through an eligible retailer and have your order number handy. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria below which outlines the participating retailers as well as the start and end dates of the promotion.
STEP 2
Claim your redemption code
Once you've confirmed your eligibility, we'll need some information from you. Simply complete the dedicated Redemption form to receive your redemption voucher code. It's a quick and easy process.
STEP 3
Receive your redemption code via email
Once you've submitted your claim request, keep an eye out for an email containing your redemption voucher code. Follow the instructions provided in the email to redeem your bonus gift.
STEP 4
Redeem your gift
Once you receive your email with your unique redemption code, you'll be directed to the cart page that has your bonus gift pre-loaded. Apply your redemption code and complete your purchase - it's that easy!
