What am I buying?
Spend $20 to receive a Home Appliances eVoucher+ (Voucher) worth $100 towards eligible 2025 Samsung Refrigerators, Vacuum Cleaners and Washing Machines between 12:00am (AEST) 7 April 2025 until 11:59pm (AEST) 25 May 2025.
After this period the eVoucher will be worth $20 and may be used towards a purchase across any Samsung Product (Device, Appliance or Accessory) of $21 or more. Strictly cannot be used to purchase Service Products (e.g. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc).
The Offer is redeemable online at Samsung Online Stores (Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government, Samsung Business, and eligible Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals). This Offer is not redeemable on the Samsung Staff Portal.
The eVoucher will have a set expiry of 3 years from the date that it is provided, eg. if the eVoucher is provided on the 1st of February 2025 then the expiry date will be the 1st of February 2028.

What happens if I don’t use the Home Appliances eVoucher+ sent to me?
If you don’t use the eVoucher provided during the dates of 12:00am (AEST) 7 April 2025 until 11:59pm (AEST) 25 May 2025 towards eligible 2025 Samsung Refrigerators, Vacuum Cleaners and Washing Machines then the eVoucher will provide a $20 discount off any Samsung (Device, Appliance or Accessory) of $21 or more for a period of 3 years from the date that the eVoucher is provided.
Strictly cannot be used to purchase Service Products (eg. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc)
After the 3 year period the eVoucher will expire and the $20 will be non-refundable.
Will I be refunded the $20 payment if I use the Home Appliances eVoucher+ and then return the product that I purchased?
Should an order be returned in accordance with the Samsung eStore returns policy, found here, then you will have the option of either using the voucher on another Samsung Product (Device, Appliance or Accessory) purchase of $21 or more, or receiving a refund of the original $20 order.
Can I change my mind after purchasing the eVoucher+?
The $20 order for an eVoucher is non-refundable, ie. there is no change of mind policy for this purchase.
When will I receive my eVoucher+?
In most cases the eVoucher+ will be received the next calendar day after purchasing the eVoucher, though delays may occur.
What should I do if I didn’t receive the eVoucher?
Please check your spam or junk folders for the eVoucher email and if it has been more than 72 hours after purchase please contact our customer service team on 1300 362 603.
How do I use my Home Appliances eVoucher+?
Once you receive your eVoucher+ via email copy it exactly as it is provided including capitalisation and dashes then paste this into the ‘promo code’ field in the cart page during checkout to receive the discount off of the cart total.
What do I do if my eVoucher is not working?
Please ensure that you have copied the code exactly as it is provided in the email sent to you and that you have not used the eVoucher on another purchase.

Can I use Samsung Rewards points to purchase the eVoucher?
Samsung Rewards points may not be used to purchase the eVoucher, only upfront payment will be accepted towards the purchase of the eVoucher.
