What is CADR?CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) rating indicates the speed that air within a particular room can be cleaned. It’s measured in m^3/hr. A higher CADR means that the air purifier can clean air faster.

How often do I need to replace the filter?All Samsung Air Purifiers are equipped with a Filter Change Alarm, which means you’ll always be reminded when your filters need replacing. Changing your filter is easy and will need to be done approximately every 6 to 12 months. The filter life cycle depends on the air quality of the room it’s working in, and how long it’s on for.

Can I wash Samsung air purifier filters?Samsung Air Purifiers contain a washable Pre-Filter, which makes maintenance a breeze. To clean it, you can give it a gentle rinse or vacuum. Only put it back in your Air Purifier when it’s totally dry.
It’s important to note that he Activated Carbon Deodorisation Filter and HEPA Filter are not washable. -

How to clean and maintain your Samsung Air Purifier?The great thing about the Samsung Air Purifier is that you get to enjoy pure air in various ways to suit your needs. The Air Purifier uses a multi-layered purification system. Firstly, the pre-filter extracts larger dust particles. An Activated Carbon Deodorization Filter can also remove harmful gases*. Finally the advanced HEPA Filtration with ultrafine dust filter captures up to 99.97% of 0.3㎛ sized dust**. For the multi-layered purification system to do what it is designed for, the Air Purifier will need to be cleaned and maintained at certain periods. If the Air Purifier is used 24 hours a day, you will generally need to replace the 2-in-1 filter every 6-12 months and clean the pre-filter every 2 weeks.
