Prepare your phone for trade-in
Step 1
Prepare the old device that you are trading-in by:
- • Backing up files and information.
- • Performing a factory reset on your old device
- • Deactivating your old device from Google or iCloud account.
- • Removing SIM and memory cards.
Step 2
- • Access the Partners online trade-in site via https://sentinel-exchange.com/samsung/gh/ and select the Promotion Device.
- • Fill in your eligible trade-in device details and your device evaluation criteria.
- • Complete your personal information for device verification and approval.
Step 3
- • Bring your old device to your store of purchase for it to be graded.
Step 4
- • Once you receive the trade-in value of your old device by the retail partner, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the retail partner's trade-in agreement.
Step 5
- • Make sure to turn on your new device before leaving the retail store.
Activate within 30 days of purchase. Screen repair is valid for one screen repair
incident within a 12-month period. A repair fee will be payable per incident.
