Why does the screen change to AOD when I do a palm touch in menus, apps, or tiles on the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra?

Starting from the Galaxy Watch7, the display behavior has changed to show the Always On Display (AOD) screen for the watch face. In contrast, the Galaxy Watch6 series and earlier models gradually blur the screen and display the current time at the top until the screen times out when you perform the palm touch action. This new behavior on the Galaxy Watch7 is the standard operation.
