Why are my Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro not working?

Experiencing issues with your Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro not functioning properly? Here’s a look into common reasons why you might encounter problems with these wireless earbuds and how to troubleshoot them effectively to restore their functionality.

  • If the battery is completely dead, charge the earbuds fully before using them.

  • Make sure the earbuds' touch sensors are in contact with your ears. If you don't hear a detection sound, try taking the earbuds out and putting them back in.

  • If the earbuds' gesture controls stop working or become unresponsive, put them in their charging case, close it, wait for at least 7 seconds, then take them out again.
