Using Find My Mobile Service to track a lost phone

Lost something? Find your Galaxy phone, tablet, watch, and other devices with SmartThings Find if you lose your phone! Find My Mobile will help you locate your device and protect your data. Find My Mobile is now part of SmartThings Find.
Enable find my mobile

Go to Settings, and scroll down.

Press Security and privacy

then tap Lost device protection .

Press on Toggle to activate Find My Mobile.

Sign in to your Samsung Account.

Enter your email and password, then Sign In.
Note: To track the device, it must be switched on, connected to the internet, and logged into your Samsung account.
Find your device by using computer device

Go to the Find My Mobile website

Sign In with the same Samsung Account added to the lost device.

Select and enable the desired features.

- Track Location: Will track the lost mobile location.
- Lock: Will lock the lost mobile.
- Ring: Your lost mobile will ring at maximum volume for 1 minute.
