If you've changed your email or no longer use your current one, updating your email address on your Samsung account is simple and quick. You can do it either through your Galaxy phone or the Samsung website in just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to make the change.

Open Settings on your phone, then tap Accounts and backup.

Tap Manage accounts, then select your Samsung account.

Tap My profile.

Choose Profile info.

Next, tap your email at the upper part of the screen.

Tap Change, enter your new email address, and then tap Change again.

You'll be asked to enter the verification code sent to your new email address. Once done, click Verify.

Enter your Samsung account password, then tap Confirm.

For security, you’ll need to enter your password again and tap Sign in.

You will now be prompted to log in with your new email credentials. Tap OK at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your new email address, then tap Next.

Enter your Samsung password and tap Sign in.

Since you are using a new email for your Samsung Account, you will need to accept the terms and conditions again. Tap More, then tap Agree.

If prompted to use Samsung Pass, tap Cancel to skip.
Note: To use Samsung Pass, tap Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
How to Change Your Email Address Using a Web Browser
Follow the steps below to update your Samsung account email address via a web browser:

Open your internet browser and go to the Samsung Gulf website.

Click the profile icon in the top-right corner, then choose LOG IN/Sign-up.

Type in your email address and click Next.

Enter your password and click Sign in.

If two-step verification is enabled, you will receive a verification code on your Galaxy phone or tablet. Enter the code and click Verify.

Click the profile icon in the top-right corner again, then select your name from the dropdown menu.

Click Manage Samsung account.

Choose Email ID.

In the New email address section, enter your new email address and click Change.

Enter your password and click Confirm.

Check your new email for a verification code, then enter it when prompted.

Click Verify.

Finally, click Done. Your email address has now been updated!
