GPS Mode During Auto Workout Detection:

  1. 'Record location: Approximate': Used for activities like walking or running.

    • Attempts to get a location every 150 seconds during continuous walking or running. When connected to the phone, it prioritizes using the phone's GPS.
  2. 'Record location: Precise': Used for activities like walking, running, or outdoor cycling.

    • Uses the watch's GPS directly when starting auto workout detection.
