Report a problem or send a log file in SmartThings
If SmartThings experiences problems, you should report the issue to SmartThings Support so the developers can analyze it.
1. Open SmartThings on your phone and Tap the Menu Tap Contact us choose Error report
2. Explain the issue in detail. When you're finished, tap Report. Your system error log will be sent along with the report.
Note : The Samsung Members app may need to be installed on your phone to use this feature.
