Learn how to save or restore Samsung Health Monitor.

• If you select “View history > More Menu (3 dots) > Share”, you can share data over a specific period of time through email or SNS. At this time, the format of the transfer file is PDF.
• Please make sure that the “Allow to write” to Samsung Health is turned on ("Samsung Health Monitor app > Menu > Settings > Data permissions > Samsung Health > All permissions 'On'). If the write permission is set to Samsung Health, it will be synchronized to Samsung Health immediately after measurement.

• In the case of a watch, the measurement cannot be made unless there is more than 10M of storage left. Mobile devices must have at least 100M of free storage for automatic transfer.
• The app does not save measurement records on the server. If you want to save the measured record permanently, you must send the PDF file via email or SNS.
• After you measure it, it is automatically saved in a smartphone app. If you can't save it, you can press the sync button on your smartphone. 

Measurement records on Samsung Health Monitor cannot be restored because they are not stored on the server. 

Smart Transfer(Switch) app does not make a backup of data on the Samsung Health Monitor app. 

If the data was synchronized to the Samsung Health app, the blood pressure records are shown on the Samsung Health app.

Please make sure that the write to Samsung Health is turned on as below:

• Samsung Health Monitor app > Menu > Settings > Data permissions > Samsung Health > All permissions 'On'

If the write permission is set to Samsung Health, it will be synchronized to Samsung Health immediately.

However, please note that the ECG records on Samsung Health Monitor are not supported for synchronization with Samsung Health, and ECG data can be shared in PDF format through email or SNS..
