How to earn Points in Samsung Rewards
With the Samsung Rewards program you can earn Points to get different rewards. There are many ways to get these prizes but to earn Points you must have a Samsung Rewards account. Find out more about this program below.
Samsung Rewards Points can be earned the following ways:
- Through the purchase of eligible products via Samsung.com/Shop and the Shop Samsung app.
- Through other Samsung apps, such as Galaxy Store, Samsung Health, Samsung Wallet and Samsung Internet.
For a qualified transaction in Samsung.com you will earn Points equal to a 1 % value of the eligible purchase amount.
Please Note: The 1% value can be changed according to internal policy.
When will I receive the Points?
When a consumer makes a purchase, they will receive a certain number of points. However, no points are earned unless the consumer receives a purchase confirmation. In most cases, failure to receive points is the result of not yet having met the purchase confirmation period. Pending rewards will only become active once this time-period is met.
Please Note: Your purchase will be completed 20 days after you receive the product.
