Cross Border Rewards Program | Global Points
Global Points Program Enhancement – Launched on 27 September 2024 , As part of the Global Points Program enhancement, customers can now transfer reward points between the UAE, the GCC, and other participating countries. Points can be redeemed (burned) to purchase products on the eStore, regardless of the customer's current location — and vice versa.
Example Scenario:
- A customer purchases the Galaxy S25 Ultra in the UAE and earns reward points after the return period.
- The customer then travels to Kuwait and enrolls in the Rewards Program.
- While in Kuwait, they wish to purchase the Buds 3 Pro.
- The customer can transfer the points earned in the UAE to Kuwait and use them on the payment page to complete the purchase.
Note: Customers must use the same Samsung Account to transfer points across countries.
You can check your Samsung Rewards Points balance and convert points at any time by visiting the My Rewards page, found under My Page when you sign in to your Samsung Account.
Rewards Points Transfers are currently available between Rewards Programs in the following countries:
US, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and South Africa.
Note: Participating countries may vary or change from time to time.
You can use your converted Samsung Rewards Points as soon as you sign in and register for Samsung Rewards in the country where you intend to spend your points.
Converted Samsung Rewards Points will keep the original expiration date from the country where they were initially earned.
