We offer several delivery options to our customers:

1. Standard Delivery

You can select your preferred delivery date on the calendar available at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Our earliest shipping times are as follows and may vary depending on the area selected:

– Shipping addresses inside Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi: 1 to 2 days

– Shipping addresses in other emirates: 2 to 3 days

For pre-orders or online exclusive models, the shipping date will be mentioned at checkout.

This delivery option is free of charge. Additional charges may apply for the installation of large appliances.

2. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for addresses located only within Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and is free of charge.

Same-day delivery is available for selected products ordered before 10:30 a.m., Monday to Saturday. The availability of this delivery option may vary during promotional periods.

3. Express 4-Hour Delivery

Express delivery is available exclusively for valid shipping addresses primarily located within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery will be completed within one to four (1-4) hours from the time the order is placed. This service is offered for select products and within specific timeframes. Please note that the availability of express delivery may vary during promotional periods.

A non-refundable delivery fee of AED 30 will apply once the order has been dispatched, and this fee will not be refunded, even in the case of a return. This fee is non-refundable in the following scenarios:

– If the customer's mobile phone is unreachable during the delivery window.

– If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a change to the address is requested after dispatch.

In either of these cases, the order will be returned, and the order amount (excluding the delivery fee) will be refunded.
