Who is eligible to access the Samsung VIP program?The Samsung VIP program is reserved for only select Samsung customers based on several criteria such as the number of Samsung products owned, brand loyalty & etc. The select VIP customers are notified of their eligibility via email & can access the VIP store using their selected Samsung Account. As a recommendation, customers are encouraged to always keep an eye on their inbox.

How many products can I purchase per year?The Samsung VIP store has been designated to enable eligible customers to purchase Samsung products for individual use (and not for business or resale purposes). Therefore, there is a limit of 5 products per product category, up to a total value of AED110,190, every two years. Product categories are shown by clicking on ‘My Quota’ in your account.
