Guaranteed Buy Back Must-Knows

  • In order to be eligible for the Program, Customers must purchase the Device from samsung.com/ae and register their interest in the Program.

  • The Registration period for the Program will be from 26 July 2023 until 10 August 2023, or until all available Slots are fulfilled (the "Program Period"). Registration is mandatory. Return requests will only be accepted from Customers who have completed the Registration in the Program within the Program Period.

  • The Program is only applicable to Galaxy Fold5 (512GB) and Galaxy Flip5 (512GB) models.

  • Customers must return the Device along with all accessories received from Samsung in conjunction with such Device (e.g. cables, chargers, etc.) in their original packaging. The Device(s) and its accessories must be in "flawless condition".

  • The last date for a Returns request placement will be 5 September 2023 or twenty-one (21) days from delivery (whichever comes earlier).

  • A refund will be initiated onto the Customer's original mode of payment. Refunds will be initiated only for the Device. Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days from the Device collection date to be processed/reflected in the Customer's mode of payment.
