To ensure the health and well-being for our customers and staff, we're requiring our staff and Samsung authorized service providers to enhance their safety practices by doing the following.

Visit preparation
Prior to arrival, Samsung authorized service providers will reach out to go over safety measures to help keep everyone safe.
Protective gear
All Samsung authorized service providers are required to use hand sanitizer, gloves and masks to minimize contact.
Health screenings
Our staff and Samsung authorized service providers are required to complete a daily health screening and temperature check at the beginning of each day. If they are experiencing any symptoms, they will be asked to remain home and seek medical guidance.
Sanitization
Technicians are required to use hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to fully clean and disinfect the unit, equipment and any other areas that they may have come in contact with.
Social distancing
Technicians will review safety protocols with the customer at the start of service and explain the need for maintaining social distancing.
Vehicle sanitization
Technicians are required to disinfect and clean their service vehicle at the beginning of every day.

When it's easier or faster to get service outside your home, we're requiring our staff and Samsung authorized service providers to take rigorous measures for your safety and well-being.

Curbside operations will be done by appointment only to help manage traffic flow and limit interactions.
Disinfecting & cleaning
Walk-in repair centers will be required to disinfect displays and products frequently and sanitize each space daily.
Health & safety training
Staff will be trained on specific health and safety procedures prior to working.
