Safe in-home delivery, installation and repairs

We’re requiring that our Samsung authorized service providers enhance their safety practices for these services to include wearing protective gear, completing daily health screenings and sanitizing equipment before and after service.

Safe service
at your door

We’re offering safe repairs at your doorstep through uBreakiFix, a Samsung authorized service provider. Technicians will repair your device from their mobile workshop van outside your home and are required to take enhanced safety precautions, like wearing protective gear, completing daily health screenings and sanitizing all equipment from start to finish.

Visit preparation

Prior to arrival, Samsung authorized service providers will reach out to go over safety measures to help keep everyone safe.

Protective gear

All Samsung authorized service providers are required to use hand sanitizer, gloves and masks to minimize contact.

Health screenings

Our staff and Samsung authorized service providers are required to complete a daily health screening and temperature check at the beginning of each day. If they are experiencing any symptoms, they will be asked to remain home and seek medical guidance.

Sanitization

Technicians are required to use hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to fully clean and disinfect the unit, equipment and any other areas that they may have come in contact with.

Social distancing

Technicians will review safety protocols with the customer at the start of service and explain the need for maintaining social distancing.

Vehicle sanitization

Technicians are required to disinfect and clean their service vehicle at the beginning of every day.

When it's easier or faster to get service outside your home, we're requiring our staff and Samsung authorized service providers to take rigorous measures for your safety and well-being.

Safe repairs curbside and walk-in

Our walk-in repair centers, operated mainly by our Samsung authorized service providers, are also offering curbside repairs—all with comprehensive safety measures in place. They are required to complete staff health screenings, wear protective safety gear and disinfect frequently, to ensure service is as safe as possible.

In select Samsung Experience Stores, we're ready to welcome you back safely with in-store shopping and no-touch curbside pick-up and repairs. To ensure safety for all, we’re taking extra precautions—with sanitized store and product displays, protective equipment for employees, individual health screenings and social distancing.

Curbside operations will be done by appointment only to help manage traffic flow and limit interactions.

Disinfecting & cleaning

Walk-in repair centers will be required to disinfect displays and products frequently and sanitize each space daily.

Health & safety training

Staff will be trained on specific health and safety procedures prior to working.

Health screenings

Our staff and Samsung authorized service providers are required to complete a daily health screening and temperature check at the beginning of each day. If they are experiencing any symptoms, they will be asked to remain home and seek medical guidance.

No touch service and payment

Staff are required to practice social distancing during service.

All staff and Samsung authorized service providers are provided with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks to reduce contact.

Hygienic repairs

Curbside teams will be equipped with sanitizer, a UV-C cleaning device, ESD zip closure bags and jewelry trays for safe transfer of devices for repair.
