Set up Sleep coaching from your mobile device

Start the program with a quick questionnaire.
Wear your Galaxy Watch for 7 days including 5 days on and 2 days off. This will help gather a week's worth of Sleep data.

Discover your Sleep type

After completing the questionnaire and logging a week of sleep data, you’ll be able to discover your Sleep type and start a 4-5 week Sleep coaching program that suits you.

You’ll be given Sleep missions that will help you improve your sleep habit, with notifications. Follow the steps of Sleep coaching and read the recommended articles for tips to help you manage your sleep better.

Choose your preferred workout type and initiate by tapping 'Settings' when the countdown begins. Activate the HR Zone guide and engage in a 10-minute run within the exercise mode.

Check your posture

1. Raise the arm wearing your Galaxy Watch and ensure there is enough space between your arms and the rest of your body.
2. Touch the two electrodes on your Galaxy Watch with your fingers.
3. When doing so, make sure that your fingers don’t touch your wrist.
