Why no option is coming to download Song / Video from web browser(SM-Z130H)?

In Tizen based Smartphones, there is a different option to download any Song / Video file from web browser as compared to Android OS. In Tizen OS user have to long press on the link for 2-3 seconds, then option “Save Link” will come to download as shown below.
