How to transfer Music files from mobile device to Gear S(SM-R750)?

To transfer music files, on Samsung Gear :

a). Tap on Apps icon as shown below.

b). Now tap on Gear application from the application screen.

c). Tap on Music option from the list.

d). Tap on Send tracks to Gear as shown below.

NOTE : To send playlists saved in the mobile device to the Gear when the both devices are charging, tap Auto send tracks to Gear.

e). Select the music file you wish to share and tap on the Check box to select tracks. Once done tap on Send to start sending the selected Tracks.
