How to set Notification alert for applications in Samsung Galaxy A5-2016(SM-A510FD)?

Enabling Notification reminder will set your device to alert you via a vibration or sound when you have unread notifications.  

Navigate to Apps → Settings → Accessibility → Notification Reminder → Enable Notification Reminder  

Pictorial representation for changing the above settings is as follows: 

a). Tap on Apps icon from the Home screen.

b). Tap on Settings icon.

c). Drag the Screen upwards to access more settings.

d). Select and tap on Accessibility settings.

e). Tap on Notification reminder option.

f). Tap on the Switch to turn it on.

g). You can turn on the Notification for any app. In this case, for example, Skype. Slide the Switch to right side.
