How does Samsung Experience Store pick up service work?

The store pick up service allows you to order and pay for a product on Samsung Online Shop and collect it at a designated store.
The benefits of the Store pick up service are:
- You can get product instructions from the store staff
- Instant setup and transfer data to your new Galaxy on the spot

Store pick up procedure
1. When ordering your product, select 'Store Pickup' as the delivery method
2. Select the store and complete your order
3. You will receive an email notifying you of the store pickup order confirmation.
4. Check the pick up code and store code numbers included in the email.
5. You will receive an email notifying you when the product is ready for pick up
6. Please complete the pickup within 3 days, or else your order may be cancelled.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact our service hotline 3698 4633 for other arrangements.

Samsung Experience Store Pick Up service is currently not available for Education Store, Partnership Store and orders contain TV, AV, home appliances and monitors.
