Can I cancel my order?

If you decide you no longer want the product(s) you have ordered, please contact our Online Shopping Sales Support Team as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel part or all of your order before it is shipped. Click here to cancel your order.

In the event that we are unable to cancel the order in time and it is shipped to you, please refuse the delivery at the door and it will be returned to us. Once it arrives back to our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 3-5 days of receipt.
