  • When is the next Galaxy Unpacked and launch for the latest Galaxy phones and new Galaxy Watches?

    There are two key events for Samsung Galaxy's new releases: Unpacked and launch.

    • The livestream of the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be on July 22, 2026, at 11PM AEST. It's available for anyone to watch on Samsung.com, and you will get a first look at the next Galaxy devices and new Galaxy features.

    • The official release date of the new Samsung Galaxy models will be announced during the event.

  • When you register to be invited to Galaxy Unpacked for the newest Samsung Galaxy foldables and Galaxy Watches, you'll receive the following benefits:

    • If you register for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, you'll receive an invitation to the livestream, as well as future events where you will be among the first to see new Samsung innovation.

    • You can receive a $50 Eco-Voucher1 towards your purchase of new Galaxy products during the Pre-order period.

    • If you complete the registration, you'll also be entered into a draw to win 1 of 5 x $2,000 Samsung eVouchers.2

    • The registration period starts on July 8, 2026 and lasts until July 22, 2026. Participation will not be possible after the Galaxy Unpacked event, so make sure to register in time!

  • • You can easily register from this page, just scroll up to register with your email and name.

    • Detailed steps:
    1. Access event page: Go to the new Galaxy Unpacked event page.
    2. Apply: Click the 'Submit Application' button on the event page.
    3. Enter info: Input your email and name.
    4. Take a survey: Answer a few simple questions.
    5. Complete registration: Coupons are emailed within a few days after registration.

    • Registration benefits can be combined with Samsung Account membership perks, so if you're not already a member, sign up to maximise your offers.

  • The benefits when registering for Galaxy Unpacked and the benefits when pre-ordering your new Galaxy device are different, but you can receive and use both!

    • Unpacked registration is open to everyone before product launch, offering benefits for future purchases to those who register. And if you additionally participate in surveys, you'll be entered into a drawing to win Galaxy products.

    • Pre-order means reserving and purchasing Galaxy products, and as a result pre-order customers get benefits specific to the purchased products.

    • When you register for Galaxy Unpacked and then participate in the Pre-order period after the event, you can receive both benefits. Make sure you register before 11PM (AEST) 22 July, 2026 so you can get the best deals!

  • In the event that you don't immediately receive an email confirming your registration for Galaxy Unpacked for the newest Galaxy foldables and Galaxy Watches, there are steps you can take to check if your registration was completed successfully.

    • Please check the following:
    1. Check email: Most notifications are sent first via email. Also check spam/promotions folders.
    2. Check My Page: Log in to Samsung.com → [My Page] → Event participation history to verify application status.
    3. Re-registration is possible: Multiple applications cause no issues; if your number is already registered, a message will inform you accordingly.

  • The newest Samsung Galaxy foldables and Galaxy Watches will be available for pre-order immediately after the Galaxy Unpacked event.

    • Pre-orders will begin on 12.00AM (AEST) 23 Jul, 2026.

    1. Pre-order: For unlocked devices, order via Samsung.com; if using a carrier, proceed through the carrier's guide page.
    2. Apply for benefits: Select desired benefits on the Pre-Order page.

  • It's simple to switch to Samsung, with just a few steps.

    • First, check your Trade-In eligibility to see if your phone qualifies for a discount toward your new device.

    • When you are ready to switch phones, use enhanced Smart Switch to transfer your data wirelessly. The next-gen Smart Switch on Samsung transfers more data types than before — including photos, videos, contacts, call history, home screen layout and eSIMs — without installing an app. Just scan the QR code that comes up during setup.

    • Finally, send in your old phone. If you signed up for the Samsung Trade-In program, simply return your previous device to Samsung and enjoy your new Galaxy.
