How long before I receive my order?

The Samsung Online Store works with professional logistics partners to deliver your order directly. Small items such as mobile devices and accessories are shipped in parcel packages while large products such as washing machines and refrigerators are delivered to you by our delivery partners.

Once your order is placed, we will prepare and package it for shipping within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For orders placed after 3:00 PM, an additional 1 business day will be included prior to shipping. Upon dispatching it to our partner courier, standard delivery lead time will follow, which may vary depending on your address.

For mobile products:
Metro Manila - 2 to 4 business days
North/South Luzon - 3 to 6 business days
Visayas - 5 to 7 business days
Mindanao - 6 to 9 business days

For other audio/video products, monitors, and digital appliances:
Metro Manila - 3 to 5 business days
Serviceable GMA (Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite) areas - 4 to 7 business days

For select TV and sound device products only:
Other serviceable North/South Luzon areas – 7 to 9 business days
Serviceable Visayas/Mindanao areas – 13 to 16 business days

Product pre-orders will indicate a different delivery lead time.
