If you experience a problem with your TV, you can run Self Diagnosis to identify the issue as well as offer troubleshooting tips. If all else fails, you can restore your TV to factory settings.
If you are having any issues with your TV, first, turn off the TV, unplug the cable, wait 1 minute, and then plug the cable back in. Power on the TV. Many issues can be solved by performing this simple trick.
